Looking for a local Christmas party in downtown Oslo?
In Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse we have several different rooms that can create the perfect atmosphere for this year's Christmas table. Our premises can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 330 people, and are centrally located in Oslo. All our function rooms can be furnished according to your needs.
The Christmas table is an annual tradition for most people. Cozy company, music and dance, as well as plenty of food and drink are all important elements. But here it is important not to germinate when choosing the right room. Do you need a stage for musical elements? Projector for entertainment? Maybe space for dancing during the evening? Whatever your and your business needs, we have a room for you and your colleagues. For Christmas parties we recommend the premises of the Ordførersalen (English: Mayor's Hall), Tivander or Studenterlunden, depending on the number of guests and technical needs.
Food & beverage
In the fall of 2018, we opened our own kitchen in connection with the launch of the restaurant Tivander. If you book local for your company's Christmas dinner at Stortingsgata, you do not have to worry about food and drink. With us you can choose between a 2-course Christmas menu or Christmas buffet with cold and hot dishes. All food is made by our skilled chefs.
Serving with all rights
Our catering partner, Realmat has a general license for all alcoholic beverages. This applies to the conference center on the 6th and 7th floors as well as the restaurant Tivander. Thus, we offer the purchase of alcoholic beverages to events where desirable.
Sound & Light
You also don't have to worry about sound and light. All of our rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technical equipment and sound systems, so you can connect playlists from an iPhone or other device. Our largest local Ordførersalen also has a nice little scene for any entertainment should you and your company wish.
Public transport & parking
Another advantage of choosing Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse is our central location. We are 5 minutes walk from the Nationaltheatret metro station and 2 minutes walk from the nearest tram stop. In addition, there is the possibility of parking in both Saga and Vika parking garage.
Everything you need from technical equipment
With us you will find all the technical equipment you may need for your Christmas table. Our rooms are equipped with canvas, wireless internet, and Bose speakers throughout the room. We have available wireless microphone which is great for presentations and speeches.

Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse is located in state-of-the-art premises at the National Theater, just a stone's throw from the Nationaltheatret underground station. With unique rooms, furniture and interiors, we invite you and your company to a tailor-made event - whether you are looking for a laid-back mingle area, a canvas front setup, a large corporate gathering, or a comfortable breakfast collection. Our 11 rooms accommodate from 2-330 participants, with daylight, good ventilation, updated technical equipment and a composite menu where food should be relevant. Our talented staff will help you put together an event both you and your colleagues will be proud to attend. The building houses, among other things, Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse, which is located on the 6th and 7th floors, the Tivander restaurant on the 2nd floor, along with office premises on the rest of the building. We are committed to raising the standard among conferences and events in the center of Oslo, and always strive to take good care of our customers' interests as far as possible, and even more.
