A large, bright and modern space in central Oslo

Ordførersalen (English: Mayor's Hall) is the largest meeting room in the Conference Center and can accommodate up to 330 people in cinema setups. The hall consists of the rooms Rådhusplassen (English: City Hall Square) and Pipervika and features great height under the roof. The many windows provide good with daylight.

GROUP ROOMS

The conference center has group rooms of various sizes. Feel free to send us a request with your needs so that we can recommend the best possible solution for connecting rooms.

REGISTRATION

Registration tables are set up in the foyer at the entrance to the meeting room. 


For large groups, there is the possibility of registration at the reception on the ground floor, right inside the main entrance to Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse.

STAGE

The stage in the Ordførersalen has a lectern and the possibility for up to 6 participants at a panel table. 

The size of the stage is 8.40 m wide, 3.14 depth and 0.30 m high. There is also a piano here.

BREAKFAST & DRINK

Our kitchen makes delicious break food throughout the day. Everything from great fruit platters to tasty sliced rolls and cake platters. 

Of course, we adapt for allergy sufferers or other special needs.

EXHIBITION SPACE

If you need an exhibition space in connection with the conference, we have several possibilities. 


Pipervika is directly connected to the room Rådhusplassen and is perfect as an exhibition space and mingle area. The other option we can offer is the exhibition space in the foyer.
