These guidelines describe how Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse Facilities processes your personal information when using the website. Google Tag Manager (26 months): Google Analytics tracking code that logs in to the visitor's browser and computer information. Google Analytics (26 months): Gathers data on where the user came from, which search engine was used, which link was clicked, and which keywords were used. Used by Google Analytics. Facebook Pixel (up to 6 months): Gathers data on user activity on the page that can be used to customize marketing via Facebook and Instagram. Also used to create Custom Audiences and Mirror Audiences. Cookies from Google Google Analytics log traffic to the site anonymously. This information is in no way traceable to any individual. IP addresses are anonymized in Google Analytic masches so that the data in the tool cannot be traced back to individuals. When an Analytics customer requests to have their IP address anonymized, the address is anonymized as soon as technically possible at the earliest possible time in the collection network. With the IP anonymization feature in Analytics, the last octet in the IPv4 users' IP addresses, and the last 80 bits of the IPv6 addresses, are set to zeros in memory shortly after they are sent to the Analytics collection network. Cookies from Facebook Facebook is the owner of Instagram, Messenger, Instant Articles and Audience Network, and therefore the use of Facebook pixels also covers these channels. A Facebook pixel is a plug-in or software located on our site that collects information to Facebook. The pixel collects information from the cookies in your browser and sends it back to Facebook where the information is collected along with data from your Facebook profile. Facebook Pixel opens up tracking that can collect detailed personal information. Stortingsgata's Facebook Pixel is set up in such a way that personal information is anonymized and only displayed on an aggregated level. Information collected may be related to your user behavior (demographic data such as age, gender, interests) or actions you perform such as link clicks. The information is only available on an anonymized and aggregated level. Information collected via Facebook pixels is stored from 90 days to 2 years. The information is stored on Facebook servers in the United States. What if I don't want cookies? We use this information to answer visitor inquiries. This information is stored in our internal systems and is not shared with others. We will not use the information for any other purpose unless you consent to it. Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse og Synelijkheid AS are data processors on information submitted via the contact forms on stortingsgata.no. You can request access to your personal data and / or delete it from our systems at any time by contacting us at booking@stortingsgata.no. Newsletter Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse rooms send out newsletters 1-2 times per month via e-mail. In order for us to send e-mail, you must register an e-mail address on your own initiative. MailChimp and Visibility AS are the data processor for the newsletter. The email address is stored in a separate database, not shared with others and deleted when you cancel your subscription. Television monitoring Television monitoring is carried out at Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse. Recordings are stored and deleted after one week in accordance with legal requirements in the area.
